The ICD submenu has full flexibility for selecting ICD groups: - Press 'A' or 'B' or 'C' to add ICD groups from submenus.
- Press 'D' to print a full or partial list of ICD groups.
- Press 'E' or 'F' to delete all or some ICD sets.
- Press 'G' to make a new set (such as 153 + 154).
- Press 'H' to split a previously combined set.
- Press 'Z' to return to the Main Menu.
